The Friede Springer Stiftung supports excellence in research by funding two Friede Springer Doctoral Scholarships at the Graduate School of the new research center CASiM at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL).The successful applicants will write their doctoral theses in one of the four research themes of CASiM “The Role of Trust in Firms and with its Stakeholders”, “Change Management in Firms and Markets”, “Health Care Economics and Management of Health Care Institutions”, and “Urban Dynamics: Cities and Firms in Global Competition” and will have the opportunity to work with the internationally renowned researchers in business administration Prof. Dr. Horst Albach, Prof. Dr. Heribert Meffert, Prof. Dr. Ralf Reichwald and Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart, on the Executive Board of CASiM as well as with the distinguished faculty members at HHL. Each scholarship holder will get two supervisors: one leading researcher from HHL and one member of the Executive Board.

The program is open to candidates who have completed a graduate degree qualifying for research in management or economics. Outstanding conditions for research and an excellent working environment provide the framework for this postgraduate degree.
