A post-doctoral positions is available immediately in Food Technology at the Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Food Science & Technology, UPM, Malaysia. The position is for 1-3 years (annual extension based on the performance). We are seeking for motivated candidates with excellent scientific background in one or more of the following areas: Food Processing/Carbohydrate technology/Development functional food products/Sensory evaluation of food. Selected candidates will be performing research in the above-mentioned fields, as well as assisting in supervising undergraduate and post-graduate students.
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree from an accredited institution, preferably in the above-mentioned or closely related areas. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Applicants are expected to be active in publishing his/her works, and preferably has at least 12 recent publications.
