Applications for entry 2015-16 are open for the Woolf Institute Cambridge Scholarships. Each scholarship will cover the full cost of studying for a PhD at the University of Cambridge, and will be tenable at any of the thirty-one Cambridge Colleges. Scholarships will be awarded in research which focus on multi-disciplinary study of relations between Jews, Christians and Muslims. The scholarship is funded by the Woolf Institute and the Cambridge Commonwealth, European and International Trust foundation in UK. Applicants may be of any nationality. The application deadline is s 2 December 2014.. Cambridge Scholarships 2015-2016A partnership between the Woolf Institute and the Cambridge Commonwealth, European and International Trust, these scholarships are intended to support outstanding research students at the University of Cambridge who have the potential to become exceptional leaders of the future. Scholars will be selected from amongst applicants in the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. Their research must be relevant to the focus of the Woolf Institute – the multi-disciplinary study of relations between Jews, Christians and Muslims..

Who can apply to this scholarship?
· Applicants must be intending to start a course at the level of undergraduate, Masters (such as MPhil, MASt, LLM), or research postgraduate (such as PhD).
· Applicants may study any subject currently available at the University.
· All students must be admitted to the University of Cambridge through the normal application procedures. The Trust plays no role in the admission of applicants to the University, and is not able to influence the chances of an applicant being offered a place.
· Applicants are encouraged to meet the entry requirements of the University as early as possible, including (if necessary) the completion of an English language test. This will help to prevent the Trust from offering valuable scholarships to students who are ultimately unable to take up their places at Cambridge.
