– Continuing UWS students. – Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia. – Be enrolled full-time in the Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering Key Program), and must have completed at least 80 credit points towards their degree (completed 1 year full time study). – Demonstrate academic potential through a GPA of 5.0 or above. – Be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to community service. – Have resided in the Penrith Local Government Area for at least one year prior to applying for this scholarship. – Be willing to complete a negotiated period of work experience with Penrith City Council.
