Lead on a series of experiments designed to assess the impact of interventions that target automatic processes including goal priming and associative conditioning 2) Contribute to the design, execution, analysis and write-up of studies conducted by others in the team and to the production of research reports, academic publications, and oral presentations 3) Contribute to the supervision of at least one PhD student 4) Contribute to developing research proposals and grant applications 5) Work effectively with team members from a range of disciplines 6) Communicate effectively with colleagues and collaborators.The BHRU is part of the Department of Public Health and Primary Care, and the Institute of Public Health. You’ll join a team of researchers from a variety of disciplines including psychologists, behavioural economists, neuroscientists and nutritionists, primarily located at the Institute of Public Health at the University of Cambridge, as well as at the University of East Anglia.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced researcher to join the Behaviour and Health Research Unit to contribute to a programme of research aimed at changing health-related behaviour in populations.Candidates are expected to be well organised, capable of using their own initiative, and be able to work to deadlines. The successful post-holder will find themselves working with a team of excellent junior and senior researchers on a programme of research contributing to national and international efforts to improve health and reduce inequalities.
