Fulbright students and scholars are natural leaders. The Fulbright Canada-RBC Eco-Leadership Program provides grants to Fulbright Canada grantees and to Fulbright Canada alumni to engage in environmental action in their community. Fulbright students and scholars are natural leaders. The Fulbright Canada-RBC Eco-Leadership Program provides grants to Fulbright Canada grantees and to Fulbright Canada alumni to engage in environmental action in their community. Applicants must be a current recipient of an award through the Canada-U.S. Fulbright Program, or an alumnus or alumna of the Program, in order to be eligible. Applicants will be deemed ineligible if they request any of the following: a. Funding for projects outside of Canada or the United States b. Funding to be used for salaries, stipends, honorariums or any other means of financial compensation to project participants. The Eco-Leadership program is a volunteer-based initiative. c. Funding to be transferred to another organization, group, or student club, where it may be deemed that the applicant will have no direct involvement or oversight of the proposed project.
